STRIDE Forums

1)     Community (Learn) is an every other month large (conference call) gathering of women leaders (current or future) to focus on growth at a personal pace.  It provides the opportunity to learn about STRIDE, work on individual leadership topics, hear from others, network and grow as a leader with little commitment or involvement.

2)     Hubs (Connect)  is an every other month mid-size (in person) gathering of women leaders (current or future) to focus on growth at a personal pace as well. Currently we have two hub locations (Maryland & Burbank) and the desire is to expand to additional locations. It provides the opportunity to work on individual leadership topics, share best tips and tools and get to know women leaders locally with little commitment or involvement.   

3)     Forward (Transform)  is a small (cohort) of women leaders with a monthly commitment for a year to intentionally work on leadership skills with monthly assignments.  This provides a safe environment to work more aggressively on your leadership growth with a smaller group of women looking for the same intentionality. This requires commitment & involvement.
